Airport Travelers
Airport Transportation for Groups and Travelers
Start and finish your trip together with a group transfer planned around your airport itinerary.
Travel, considered
A coordinated connection beyond the terminal
Airport transfers can bring a group from the terminal to a hotel, event venue or other destination on one shared itinerary. Luxury Coachways provides airport charter shuttles and uses flight tracking to help coordinate pickups as schedules change.
Prepare for a smooth pickup
Share flight information
Provide the airport, airline, flight number and arrival or departure time for each group traveling together.
Count bags as well as people
Include every passenger and an estimate of luggage or oversized items so vehicle and storage needs can be discussed.
Confirm the next destination
Share the hotel, venue or other drop-off address, plus return transfer details if your group needs them.
