Charter Bus Rental Reviews & Customer Testimonials

From the very beginning, the customer service and communication were excellent. The party bus showed up exactly on time, which we really appreciated. The inside was very clean, the couches were in great shape, and super comfortable.

We hired Luxury Coachways for my daughters quincianera. They had a great time! The driver was on time and very nice. We had a minor setback due to an accident and traffic due to a thunderstorm and Luxury Coachways did what they could to keep us on schedule.

We have used Luxury Coachways several times. They are always on time and the drivers (such as Victor) are always polite and courteous. Have to book them well in advance as they seem to be busy. We highly recommend Luxury Coachways as our family will continue to use them also.

I definitely recommend using Luxury Coachways for ANY transportation needs!! They have been so professional for every ride and have accommodated us last minute. I used the limo for our wedding exit and I used their SUV for transport to and from the venue.

We hired Luxury Coachways for a girls' day at the Rodeo. The limo was clean and well stocked with ice, water, and sodas. Victor arrived on time, graciously took pictures for us, drove safely, and was very accommodating! I definitely recommend Luxury Coachways and will use them again. They absolutely live up to their name!

Drivers were both very professional and courteous with Luxury Coachways. The driver who picked us up at IAH on our return home was outstanding. He helped us in the baggage claim and getting our bags to the vehicle. Could not have asked for better service.

The driver drove teenagers around for my son's 16th birthday party with Luxury Coachways. He was given pickups, stops, drop off locations and times to get to the destination. He was at each destination on time. He was patient while we took pictures.

Great service with Luxury Coachways. Had an airport drop off and pick up. Two different drivers both equally professional and friendly, Omar and Victor. Luxury Coachways communicates with you so you never are left uncertain about the details for your service or where your driver might be. Will definitely be my go to service!

We used Luxury Coachways for my 50th birthday this month. The stretch limo was awesome. It had a very nice bar set up inside for your BYB beverages. The sound system was also great. Our driver, Edgar, was very professional and on time each time.

Best ride I have ever experienced with Luxury Coachways. When the limo came in it was very professional. Me and my buds had a great time during the ride. During the time we were inside everything was fine and there was no problem and the ride it self was smooth.
